Why won't my web cam work? - will windows 7 recognize hp web cam
I have a laptop HP Pavilion dv9700, and I do not recognize the webcam, it is embedded. I went to Device Manager to see if he was there and it was not. It runs on Windows Vista, just because I do not want to make a lot of money for Windows 7. Who knows what's going on?

You can not have the drivers for your webcam on your laptop
Find a driver download compatible with your operating system and software.
